In a letter to the health minister, the attorney general emphasized the implementation of the court order concerning hemophilia patients infected through imported blood products. In this letter released by IHS public relations, ayatollah Dori Najafabadi has expressed treat sorrow and disappointment due to the occurrence of “this bitter incidence” and has also brought to attention the need for detailed and careful expert evaluations before such products are purchased. This prominent legal figure also insisted on implicating the highest international standards when blood products and similar medications are purchased, therefore avoiding any suspicious or problematic bargains.
The attorney general goes on to list “public health” as “one of the primary rights of citizens which cannot be overlooked or compromised and any sort of recklessness or neglect leading to breach of such rights is open to prosecution and compensation may be  sought.” He also clarifies that if such measures are closely followed and still such events occur the negligent bodies in the supplying country must be held responsible.
