In an article published in Etemad-e-Melli daily the eleven year history of the contaminated blood case was reviewed. In this report the previous convictions of the government organizations and the implementation of court rulings was explained in detail. Also the role of different judiciary officials in accomplishing the court ruling was also highlighted.
Referring to the importing of contaminated blood products from France in the 80s, IHS CEO called upon anyone who can present any document referring to the imported concentrates which have cost the lives of 200 hemophiliacs to date. He claimed “In order to shape a compelling case we must put together a strong case and make a legal claim in the international seen.”
